"Amazing hotel with outstanding staff and service! The staff provided all information we needed and suggested great, interesting places to visit since it was our first time in Charleston. We also used the bikes that are available for a nice morning stroll. Jim is a true gentlemen, it was a blast having him assist us! The hotel is definitely worth it! "

"Stayed over the weekend of March 6-8. Great location. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Rooftop pool and restaurant are great. Hotel was very clean as were the rooms. Bathroom was large and had a tub and a standup shower. They offer hot tea, coffee, OJ, and pastries in the morning. Cookies in the afternoon. On every floor! Would def stay again!!"

"This was an awful experience. We arrived at 3:55 to a room that hadn’t been cleaned… it smelled, there was trash everywhere, bed was a mess, towels all over the bathroom floor. I called and was told the cleaners were running behind and it would be another 20-30 minutes. Wasn’t even offered an apology. When we retuned, the room had been slightly cleaned, but still wasn’t great. The floors were dirty, mildew in the bathroom, overall dirty. This was such a disappointing stay. I don’t think you...
