"While checking in I had to wait 45 mins just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The first room we were assigned to had German roaches in the room and we had to get moved to the other side of the hotel after being offered to get moved right next door where we literally saw a German roach. I was disappointed in this property."

"our stay was perfect. everywhere was clean. the staff was so polite and professional. breakfast looked great. it ended at 9, which was too early of us to enjoy. 10 would be more like it maybe 7 - 10 instead of 6-9. the pool, workout room was clean, smelled clean. the bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. We WILL be staying there again, and again"

"A very nice hotel that I’ve never stayed in. I chose it because I could get a room with a kitchenette, which was nice for pre-race pasta. (We were there for a 14 mile trail run that finished at the Sheetz behind the hotel.)However, I am glad that I called ahead to ask about pots and pans and plates because they told me they do not have those in the rooms. "The front desk Attendant was the worst customer service!!! A hour and 20 minutes. Arguing with Expedia customer about payment received . Then over charged my credit card.I caught him making a copy my credit card which, I had to cancel the next day. Beware of this location!! "

"The room is clean and well-maintained. The shower has an opposite hot/cold dial adjustment. However, there is no welcome water available in the lobby or kitchen areas. When I requested hot water, the staff on duty was hesitant and slow to assist me, showing a lack of prompt service."
