"The room was clean and the staff very professional and helpful. I was impressed that they had tea available 24/7 in addition to coffee. Not many places do this yet we aren't all coffee drinkers."

"The room was filthy. The couch was dirty. The chair covering was peeling and falling apart. The bathtub had dirt rings, the bottom of the tub had dirt in it, and the jets in the bathtub were disgusting. The toilet “sang” when you flushed and was running water when we arrived. The bedsheets were clean but were threadbare and pilled. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is nothing about this hotel that I would recommend."

"On-site hotel staff were lovely. The first room did not have a dead bolt (it was broken). We asked to change rooms. Upon inspecting the room, the carpeting had numerous large stained areas and beds were saggy. I did not feel comfortable staying here with my daughter. I canceled our reservation and left. Expedia would not refund the money. Hotel would not refund the money. Lesson learned."

"The house was perfect for our visit to see the sandhill cranes. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was stocked with everything that anyone would ever need. All the bathroom amminities were also provided, as well as plenty of extra blankets. Proximity to the old bridge was a bonus for excellent crane viewing. We would definitely stay here again."

"Incredible property, knowing what we know now we could have spent days there with our youth group. We booked it to accommodate our kids and leader for 1 night as we headed to rocky mountain ymca. Awesome place thou!!"
