"It was an inconvenience from the beginning until the end. Front desk is never at their desk… I waited an hour just to check out….when front desk is finally available they don’t guide you properly they seem lost themselves. I was never asked for an ID but was provided a key - I never received the package they are suppose to provide. I had to pay $20 a day for parking. "Excellent overall. Very responsive staff. Extra bed (convertible) in LR was impossible to sleep in. "

"The unit worked for our short term needs and was walking distance to shops and restaurants"

"Great!"

"Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. "The accommodations were excellent and convenient to Reston Town Center. Our host, Ms Chaudhry was very responsive in answering our questions and provided exceptional service."

"Great stay and utterly charming!"

"Great room, fantastic view, quality ammenities and a very clean and safe city overall!"

"The studio has potential but is not worth the price paid. Towels were old, mattress was soft, cobwebs were noticeable. Location is great."
