"Super helpful front desk staff 24/7. Check in took literally 3 minutes (I looked at the time). The property is quiet and in a safe area. Wifi is a little slow (50mbps upload) but that’s my only gripe. Overall a great stay! "

"I’ve just finished a very long extended stay at this property and everyone from Kristi the manager to Michelle at the front desk to even the maintenance guy , have been so helpful and accommodating during my stay. We did have issues but every property does and when you inform them they go to great lengths to handle it quickly and efficiently. "Amelia she works the day shift at the front desk she was amazing from the time we checked in to check out. She gave us restaurants to try. The hotel is by a shopping mall lots to choose from eating to shopping. Hotel is in a quiet part of town. We took Waymo so that was not an issue if you rent a car easy for parking at the hotel. Amelia ensured we were taken care of during our stay top notch service."

"I don't have any complaints about my stay here but I wish I could've stayed longer. It was a quality experience. Carpet and floor was clean, bathroom was clean, good water pressure from the shower and kitchen area. Small kitchenette to cook at your leisure. Bed was very comfortable, big plump nice pillows for good sleep. Ac was fantastic. Nice washcloths and towels. All amenities were in good condition. TV and wifi available. I loved it and hope to see them again in the future."

"I was in Phoenix a few days on business and stayed at this hotel … honestly a great value Super clean and a comfortable bed & pleasant staff … the room has the benefit of a small kitchen area if you need it … great value and really very nice stay … not much around the hotel to speak of however lovely views of the surrounding mountains a beautiful sunset ! "
