"Located behind a gated passageway that opens to a courtyard, this 2 BR flat is one of five apartments that comprise this "hôtel particulière." "Beau studio conforme à la description et bien rénové. Un élément cependant très important à ajouter à l'annonce : une clim est installée mais empêche de fermer la fenêtre. Cela peut être très perturbant si vous avez le sommeil léger car le boulevard est très passant"
