"The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. It was close to the pool area and we could walk to restaurants and Publix, a grocery store. The binder was very helpful. Very close to Disney so traffic was not a concern. Screened in patio was great for sitting out."

"I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by this condo. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped as was the closets with hangers. It gave the feel of a hotel/home The hosts were very accommodating and replied quickly whenever needed. The location was perfect, close to a grocery store, lots of restaurants There were tons of sidewalks for walking in a safe environment. I would highly reccomend this place"

"The rental was great, the other guests and people who live there year round were super friendly, and we had a great time! There is a 7-Eleven and a Publix grocery store, not even half a mile away, and everything else is conveniently located as well. The host always got back to me with answers to any questions I may have even if I wasn’t always the best responder ha ha. This is the perfect place for medium sized families, and it is super spacious!"

"This place was perfect for us! We needed a 2/2 and it was clean and cozy. The location was just what we were looking for to go to Epcot and there was lots of yummy restaurants nearby! We would come here again!"

"The cleanliness needs to be worked on and needs to be sprayed for bugs. From thr moment we stepped in we found multiple bugs. Some dead and some living. The ones that were dead should have been gotten if it were cleaned properly. The floor needs to be cleaned ot swept. I walked around with sock only and could see and feel thr dirt on my socks. There was hair in the sink. The vent in the living room has some type of bug hanging from it. Decorated nice but not being cleaned well."

"Unfortunately, when we arrived we found: the beds were broken, the trash cans were full of old garbage, the bedding had a bad smell and was yellow. There was one afternoon when the door code mechanism stopped working and the Villa could not be locked. We risk leaving it like this since all this will harm our itinerary. We are completely sincere."

"Family had a wonderful vacation. Listing is very accurate. Had a minor problem with the refrigerator. They sent someone within an hour. Well stocked kitchen. Could use more forks and a some big bowls. Otherwise they have everything you need. Would definitely book this home again! We had 14 people plenty of room for everyone."

"Great property. A few issues that didn't bother us much but would be problematic for families cooking. Dishwasher not working...very little cutlery. Pots pans and utensils limited."

"the house is spacious but there are some things that could be improved ex: the mattresses are uncomfortable the one in the suite is dirty without a protective cover we went to stay 9 nights the last few nights some preferred the sofa because it was more comfortable!!! the towels are too few for the number of guests and look old and dirty… snooker doesn't work"
