Welcome to relaxation and beauty of Vista Encantada! Enjoy the spectacular ocean views and incredible jungle surrounding this 1 bedroom condo on the 2nd floor of the Suenos Del Mar Condominiums. Short and long term stays welcome. Condo has1 bedroom and 1 1/2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 4 people with a King size bed and a sofa bed. Kitchen is equipped with pans, utensils, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, oven/stove, refrigerator and water cooler. Elevator in building. Laundry facilities on each floor for shared guest use. Lounge around our huge pool or hike the property or down to the beach. Sit on your balcony and watch for whales. Adults only .
The space
Come visit Vista Encantada just outside the pueblito of El Divisadero, Nayarit, Mexico, an Eco Development with walking paths through the jungle, spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, where you can disconnect and relax with nature. Away from the busy city, we are located off the beaten path but only 10 minutes to the highway. Located 7km from the highway. The first 5km is paved and the last 2km is a bumpy dirt road. The road to paradise can be a bumpy ride. We are 52 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport between La Penita and Chacala, Nayarit.
Guest access
Guests have access to the pool, gym, putting green/mini-golf and other amenities in the development. Pickle Ball court is ready for play! Las Cuesva beach is just a mile walk or drive down the road and is one of the most beautiful beaches in Nayarit!
Other things to note
From Puerto Vallarta, go north about 50 miles and turn at El Divisadero. We are located about 7 kilometers off the highway, of which, about 2 kilometers is a dirt/gravel road. Las Cuevitas beach is just down the street from us 1 mile and Chacala beach is to the north of us. We have a great view of Chacala Bay. Closest shopping, doctors, etc is about a 15 minute drive. Vista Encantada is a little out of the way and perfect for a relaxing, beautiful vacation.
