Meals were extremely salty & very repetitive - everything tasted the same. The platers that held salads (no dressings or oil/vinegar available), fruit and desserts sat constantly empty for most of the meal time frame. The waiting staff - mostly, with a few exceptions - seemed more interested in clearing the table than offering a second glass of coffee, water, wine, etc. and very few smiled or spoke, you had to wait and see if they would fill your request. The rooms were cleaned but the furniture was falling apart (husband mattress was completed shredded on the length of the side. The leg of the desk was corroded. The bathroom sink was cracked and poorly glued back together (That sink never did drain properly despite several requests to have it fixed.) The pillows were rock hard. Water stains on the ceiling in several places. We once got an almost complete compliment of towels (2 bath/2 hand - never a face cloth to be seen.) The bar was always out of something - no ice, no tonic water, no drinking water!
I could go on but I think you get the picture - worse all inclusive I’ve ever stayed at. I gave it a 2* only because of a few good employees. Will not be returning.
The one good thing was the weather was wonderful.
