"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Modern Oasis. The house is completely new. Great pool. Good communication with the host. The house, pool, and grounds were even better than described. There were 5 queen size bedrooms not 4 and 2.5 bathrooms, not 2. The appliances were all brand new and too smart for us ;-). We didn’t know what to expect this being our first visit to California and staying in a VRBO. Our host responded well to our needs."

"What an amazing property!! My group and I stayed for 3 nights and spent the most of it outside in the pool and hot tub. The house was very clean and the beds were better than most upper scale hotels. It was very easy working with Jacob. He was very responsive when we had a question about the property. Three nights wasn’t enough!! We hope to stay there again next year. Thank you Jacob for a wonderful stay!!"

"This home is clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. My husband and I stayed there with my 20 something niece and nephew for 5 days and 4 nights. We talked well into the early mornings in the living room and had breakfast before we dashed off to our events, on the kitchen counter. There is a large dining table for 8 but my niece and I cleared it off and used it as our sewing center. "A lot of parking, lots of space, beautiful house inside and out. We loved that there was a speaker for the inside and the outside. We loved the basketball court and mini golf. Will definitely book this house again."

"This was a perfect house for our group of 7 friends, the layout was great. We enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness missed the mark on a few things (towels looked older and kitchen sponge was old and a few cob webs but nothing that was a deal breaker) but overall it was a great house for our girls trip"

"The five bedrooms were very comfortable for the six guests that stayed. The kitchen was very lacking although it advertises 12 people could stay there. It only had five coffee cups as an example. The table only had chairs for five people and because the living room had a white rug. It was very uncomfortable eating out there. Because we all came from different areas. Parking was a real challenge. We would not stay there again."
