"The cabin was very clean. The check-in smooth and friendly. Plenty of parking. The cabin was well equipped. The heater worked great. The only thing that wasn’t appealing was the outside view of this one particular cabin. The others were probably fine. I’d still stay in this same one though especially for mainly a good nights sleep."

"Cool manager with humor; has excellent information about resourses of Palmer and all atractions and conditions of the roads around related city. Well settled; near; only one block from motel, famous US mark so it is very suitable to stuff with foods and all picnic goods and them visit glaciers; mountains and lakes and spent time with quality! "We greatly preferred this to staying in a hotel! It has everything you need! Clean - like new! We would stay here again - great value! It’s on the east end of town, so you do need to drive into town - but we prefer that -away from the crowds. Not the place if you want to be able to walk everywhere. There is an easy shortcut to the Spit! It literally has a Glacier view! Our one complaint was related to only two seats and a small table for meal time (There were 3 of us - so we just brought in...

"Do not stay here! The property is very close to a prison and is in the heart of the prostitution hub. There were homeless people everywhere and I did not feel safe. The room that was non smoking reeked of cigarettes so bad that we immediately left. The room was filthy, stained, and had cigarette burns on all of the furniture. The guy at the front desk could have care less about anything and didn’t want to be bothered."

"The person at desk didn’t seem to be too happy with his job, wasn’t very friendly. The bathroom in room was clean and beds. Carpet was filthy! Didn’t even want to take my shoes off. No screen on window. Curtain rod broke, Breakfast was ok, place was quiet just a really really old place!"
