"I had high expectations for this resort based on its reputation and beautiful location, but the guest service experience was disappointing. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Our room was not serviced to the standard expected for a resort of this caliber, and it often felt difficult to get basic issues addressed. The biggest problem was communication. Guest Services almost never answered the phone. When calls went unanswered, the voicemail mailbox was full, making it impossible to leave a message...

"This was an exceptional place to stay. The hostess keeps the place very clean, very updated, lots of amenities that make a person feel at home. She even has a dog bowl and dog bags for those who bring their pets and you would never know that pets had been there. Truly a wonderful experience!!"
