"The area is full of stuff to do outdoors so we weren't in the home much. But once we were inside it was extremely clean and had all the necessities. My boyfriend even was able to find a bandaid. The bed isnt quite a queen but really soft and comfortable. The coffee and creamer provided was perfect. The closeness to restaurants, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak made for a perfect long weekend. We would definitely stay again. "

Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in."

"We came with our 13 and 11 year old daughters. It was a clean, aesthetically pleasing space good for our family of four and close to all the local attractions we visited (garden of the gods, 7 falls, zip-line in Manitou Springs). The hosts were very communicative and helpful with our questions. "

"The basement was great for what we needed. A landing place after a fun day of adventures! The view of Pikes Peak from the living room and kitchen was stellar!! There were so many extra blankets provided and they were warm! We needed to use them because per the listing there is no central heating (and maybe even no AC for cooling as we are not sure since it was cooler and didn’t need AC we don’t know) and the space heater worked, but we needed more (from Texas ;)). They provide ear plugs which is...
