"Our stay was okay"

"We really liked it there. Peaceful, quiet and gorgeous view from our dome. Some staff, although all were nice, were not up to par on their jobs, but it is a new resort and they have some things to work on. We would go again in a heartbeat."

"Horrible check in experience. Definitely call the hotel when booking through a 3rd party. Waited at the desk for 20 min. Then went back to the desk 30 min after normal check in hours and had a room. Front desk staff left for about 15 min with no communication. Had two other attendants try to help. Room: mediocre for something described as a resort property. "The property was beautiful, right on the lake. Lots of wildlife around. Property was well maintained, the rooms were spacious and well decorated. Staff was very helpful."

"It is a lot smaller than you would expect. The kitchen was not very clean and there were mystery brown smudges on the bedroom walls. The only perks to staying here in my opinion are the private hot tub and location."
