"Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. "We arrived late and appreciated being able to get in without delay thanks to the keypad lock. Apartment was as described and pictured. The location was fantastic—within walking distance of multiple coffee shops, parks, restaurants, and a short drive from grocery stores and shopping."
