"Hotel fica em uma região hoteleira. No geral atende. Café da manhã bom para os padrões norte americanos. Limpeza boa. Não tem maiores confortos, mas ideal para passar poucas noites. Só não gostamos do serviço. Pedimos um berço e um abridor de vinho, mas o atendente está ocupado e disse que retornaria depois. Não houve retorno, o que nos deixou decepcionados com o serviço."

Upon arriving at the door to enter the apartment, the same code that was supposed to work for the apartment door did not work. I contacted the host via phone, text, email, and VRBO and they were unresponsive. I was not able to enter the property and had to find separate accommodations. No apology or acknowledgement from the host. I...
