"The hotel was extremely central to everything. It was clean, the beds and pillows very comfortable. While there is no staff on site, I had a question about the ice machine, so I sent a text and it was replied to very quickly. If, ever in the area again, we would stay here and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone."

Hotel hallways were also smoky even though it was non smoking area. Amenities were almost non existent. Only one small bar of soap to use in both the wash basin and the shower combined, are you kidding me! It had room coffee, which was good considering there was no breakfast, but the packets for the coffee had a “sugar substitute.”...

"They can't figure out your payment method during check-in. They decided to double charge me for the room since they couldn't figure out room was paid in advance. The second charge didn't even match the original cost so they were trying to get even more money out of me. The staff is incredibly incompetent I've never had these issues booking and paying in the past. They also do not care how late you got in to the hotel.
