"There were only two luggage carts which was not even close to being enough. I waited over 30 minutes for a cart and ended up making several trips to my car with an 8 year old because we had to transport our own luggage without a cart. Also, had to wait a half hour to make a waffle at breakfast. Not enough waffle makers or staff to keep the food containers filled. Staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed to answer questions. Will not use this hotel again."

"We had a great stay at Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Monticello, Iowa. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and had ample parking. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable, and the beds and pillows made for a great night's sleep. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice way to start the morning before getting back on the road. One thing to note for future guests is that the hotel has only two floors...

"I always enjoy staying at hotel Millwork- centrally located, unique transformation of an old woolen mill into a modern hotel. This stay was overall good. 4/5 only because they’re one option for breakfast, which is their restaurant, was not operational the morning I left because apparently the waitress didn’t show up. There were very few other options in the Amana‘s for breakfast and the staff really had no solution to the problem. Otherwise, a good stay."

"For the price, it wasn't great, but not bad. The room was a very nice size, but I did not find the king sized bed or pillows comfortable. I was excited about the idea of the jetted tub, but it has such a high step to get in it and the tub is so slippery that it felt like a safety hazard and I chose not to use it. Also, the elevator is super far from the lobby so if you can get a first floor room, you should."

"Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the view of the Mississippi was beautiful. The pool and pool area were clean and a welcome sight after traveling all day long. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the breakfast. The sausage links were soft and not appetizing to the eye, so we skipped the hot breakfast. Cereal and coffee were not what we really wanted, so that was a disappointment. The other thing was, using the laundry facility on property was a long walk and...
