"We were on hotel #5 in 6 nights. Our expectations were low and our pockets light. From the second we pulled into the very well light parking lot we were impressed. We entered the lobby and were greeted by the very lovely Kristina. She was just getting ready to end her shift but greeted us enthusiastically! She was so cheerful and helpful. Recognizing the look of exhaustion on us she told us to take the elevator instead of the stairs; because it was close to our room anyway. She also encouraged...
