The Coachhouse was big, roomy, and comfortably furnished with beautiful time period furnishings. Yet with the modern conviences we expect. We were delighted with our whole stay. It's a beautiful coachhouse. Andew's House was delightful!"

"This property was hands-down on the nicest places we have stayed. The hot tub was super clean and very nice, we also used the outdoor fire pit, which was wonderful. The location is perfect to walk downtown easily, and the view of the river is very nice. This is a beautiful, very large property that is so tastefully decorated. The beds were also super comfortable!"

My overall experience with the just Dan was extremely positive and friendly. I had a mix up with my booking dates and he wasn’t able to accommodate my other date and he went out of his way to help find something else in town. "We found the tiny home exceptional, was stocked with everything needed and very clean. Host was friendly and answered any silly questions I had promptly. Spent relaxing evenings by the fire watching barges going through the locks. "

"Kitchen was well stocked with essentials to cook. The house was very clean and super cozy! We really enjoyed all the local places to shop and eat. It was also fun being so close to the Field of Dreams they had various baseball movies and books as well as board games. Definitely had an amazing stay through and through and will be back again for our next stay in Dyersville!"

"Beautiful newer home. We enjoyed sitting out front watching the horses across the street. I always bring TP, paper toweling, etc. and that was all there and plenty of it. House was very clean which is extremely important to me. Furniture and bed were all very comfortable. Kitchen supplies were good except there were no kitchen rags- (unless I missed them) which I find important in order to wipe down the counter tops but brought my own so it wasn't an issue. Plenty of kitchen towels however....

"I stayed overnight with a friend is this cabin. Everything was super cute right down to the sign at the drive entrance showing you how far you were from certain places… including the Beer Barn! Highly recommend. "
