"This a charming and unique place to stay. The building is very old and has been decorated and furnished with lovely and authentic art and furniture. The room was very comfortable and several convenient and thoughtful amenities. The breakfast was simple but good and the staff was super friendly. It's perfectly situated close to the waterfront and the historic downtown. "Nice historic building in the center of town. Very nicely maintained and the staff are quiet but friendly enough. The back of the hotel can get noisy with nightly alley mini parties. Our bed was basically U-shaped and we struggled to not roll into the middle of the bed. That was our only complaint. Parking is excellent and there’s a very good sushi restaurant in the lobby. There’s also a good number of places to eat around the plaza and in the surrounding neighborhoods."

Some people may be okay with a virtual front desk attendant but I found it weird. I feel uncomfortable knowing that there wasn’t a person I could physically go to if something went wrong.
