Take in panoramic views of the ocean, the bay, and the beaches from this top-floor condo rental! This home features a full kitchen, a dining table with seating for four, a bright and cozy living room, and a furnished balcony. Guests will also enjoy access to shared amenities including an outdoor sauna, gas grill and large outdoor seating areas.

*NEW* - Primary bedroom now features a brand new plush queen mattress.

*** For added security, this location has either exterior surveillance cameras or routine foot patrols to ensure guest compliance, especially during Cal Poly Humboldt graduation dates and all major holidays.

What's nearby:
This rental is located right in town for easy access to shops, art galleries, and restaurants. For the adventurous, this home is about a mile from College Cove Beach and College Cove Falls, less than three miles from Luffenholtz and Moonstone Beach, and about six miles from Patricks Point State Park. And if you want to hike the scenic trails of Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park, you're just a little over 25 miles away. With the ocean just a short walk from your doorstep, Buoy Bell is a great place to get away from it all.

A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

Parking Notes: There are compact parking spaces located in front of the condominium, as well as parking available on the west side of the property. Please do not park on the sides of the street as this restricts access for others.

The place was immaculate, had everything we needed. The views were amazing. Parking was convenient. No issues with booking or communication. We would highly recommend this place-Bouy Bell.The unit is upstairs so we had to be really aware of the downstairs tenant and had to haul everything upstairs. We would have appreciated queen sized beds. The beds felt smaller than our queen at home, so I assume they were full.

The property has clearly been remodeled, and overall my stay was okay, but there were a few things worth noting.The checkout instructions are very firm about leaving by 10:00 AM and mention that late checkout is not possible because the cleaning staff has a tight schedule. Guests are also asked to wash dishes or run the dishwasher before leaving. While I understand turnover timing, the messaging comes across as though guests are expected to help compensate for a rushed cleaning schedule, which felt a bit unusual.Although the listing states that no pets are allowed, there was a noticeable animal odor inside the home. The view was beautiful, but there was also a strong smell of marijuana coming from neighboring units. While that may be legal, it’s difficult to explain that smell to a toddler and it did impact our comfort.After checkout, I received back-to-back messages from the host about a pair of children’s binoculars they believed were missing. I checked our belongings and did not find them. I chose not to engage further, but the messages felt abrupt.Overall, the stay was manageable, but with a few noticeable issues. With some adjustments in communication and attention to guest experience, the stay could feel more elevated.

Great location between the parks. The views were way better than the advertisement pictures. There was some mold growing on the ceiling in one of the rooms but the staff was quick to respond and friendly when I reached out. We have allergies and I would pick somewhere without carpet next time. The linens were great…..I was a little unsure of what to expect when I saw the cleaning charge for them. Overall I would recommend this property if you have kids. The two bedroom’s, games and access to laundry were great. The location for what we wanted was fantastic. The picture is just down the street on a trail to one of the beaches.

The location is excellent, The carpet had noticeable pet stains and one area that looked like a burn, there were obviously pets on the couch because it smelled of animal yet the explicit instructions talk about a "fine" remedy should pets get on furniture. Mine did not, mine is well potty trained too. The property has long term tenants downstairs, one is a commercial daycare. The need to walk past all of the "stuff" stored outside of those units is unsightly. This should be disclosed in the listing. Additionally, there is no clear path to the sauna without walking in grass and dirt from the unit, right in front of the long term tenant porch. This was uncomfortable enough we did not use the sauna even though we were looking forward to the amenity. Places the accommodations inside could improve: either better kitchen towels or at least more of them. There were not enough to dry dishes. 2) Check the kitchen knives, the last person used did not clean all of them so we washed them before using. 3) have at least 2 bath towels in the bathroom if two people are renting. There were extra's stored but they should be in the bathroom. It's a wonderful location and the view is even more impressive than depicted. You can walk everywhere! Yes, there were a few irritations put I would stay here again.

The inside of the apartment was very nice except all the stains on the Livingroom carpet. Everything you would need was there. View is amazing. This is a four plex and on one of the bottom apartment is a daycare with lots of junk sitting outside . I called the property mgr to ask about the laundry situation prior before us leaving. He told me there was one, however it was so filthy and rusty looking. We were traveling for several weeks so having one was very important for us. Trinidad is a very nice quaint little town. Close to the redwoods.

Nice stay for Redwoods

This VRBO was perfect for our family and dog. Kitchen was nicely stocked for us to make meals. Our dog enjoyed the backyard and trails nearby. I loved the views from the balcony. Husband enjoyed the sauna. Great location to explore the Redwood parks. Would highly recommend.
