"Definitely our favourite stay at Tokyo so far. Especially if you travel with kids, the room is spacious comparing to other Tokyo hotels. Love the apartment style hotel so has everything you need including laundry and kitchen. The best part is the shower room turns into a dry room to dry all our clothes after the washing within hours. "Great space for 4 nights in Tokyo. While it is not directly near a train station and therefore requires a bit more walking, we are a young active family and it was not an issue. Perhaps for others needing to be closer to transportation, it might be. The up side was a lovely, quiet and very clean neighbourhood and less touristy. Have booked the same company in Kyoto. Again, slightly off the beeten track from the downtown hub but great room. New, clean and spacious for a family of 5 (3 adult...

"Kitchen and bathroom areas are very small and It is better to put the beds on other side than the current position so avoid noise from the kitchen area. "

"This was a fantastic place to stay!! Sik was so kind and spoke great English. Even sat with us before we left for a chat and gave us a lovely gift. The place was so homely and well laid out. 2 showers and 2 toilets too. Wish we stayed here longer "

"Loved the stay. The only issue we had was that if you have luggage there is not a lot of room to place it while taking off your shoes. It is a little tight at the entrance, but the location makes up for it."

"The property is convenience in the center of the city. The shelves were dusty; floor was dirty too. Overall is not as clean as we have expected. The apartment is located to several night clubs, which is not a quite place. One of the night clubs has a last show starts 3:30 am, ends around 4 am. It's not a good experience if you're a light sleeper. "

"Smoothly check-in process. Front desk overall service is good. The location of this service apartment is great. All mainly public transports are within walking distance. A bit challenge is that there is no lift at the closest exit of JR station if you carry with luggages but all good by taxi:) highly recommend will stay again."
