"Very near to the David Lawrence Convention center, allow anyone that is going for conferences to get there by foot. Hotel have a bit of a "dark" theme (noticed on room lights and key cards for the room). Besides that bed is very comfortable, and the lobby often have a lot of people drinking and interacting (think there was a wedding going on during my stay)."

"When you enter the main entrance you will be greeted with a funny smell. The location is great in an historic building. They stuffed up the place years ago with rooms but forgot to update the elevators. You will need them all the time but they are the slowest I´ve ever seen. You will be up faster at one world observatory than in their lobby. Half the rooms have a "courtyard view" meaning the building roof without any view. Smell was really awful all the time in the room.
