"Pros: cRoom was clean and nice size. Kitchen had everything we have it at home except for food. Bed was very comfortable. Staff and valet were very helpful. We arrived to town early and were checked in at 1pm which was nice, because we wanted to walk to the NFL draft. Cons: one side of the hotel is next to train tracks, Friday night we counted four trains and could hear the trains loud and clear. "Great location for watching marathon. Incredibly poor service particularly at breakfast. The waiter was rude. There is no nicer way to put it. The overall experience was cold and so impersonal that it felt uncomfortable."

"Time to put this dog down. Everything is old. The bathroom and ceilings are falling apart. Paint and wallpaper are peeling off the walls. Elevators are all damaged and old and something don’t even work. The doors and hallways are all banged up. There’s a serious shortage of staff.. room service is really really really overpriced. Valet parking at $50 a night is more than the airport. The gym is small and with three people in it already felt overcrowded."

"Very near to the David Lawrence Convention center, allow anyone that is going for conferences to get there by foot. Hotel have a bit of a "dark" theme (noticed on room lights and key cards for the room). Besides that bed is very comfortable, and the lobby often have a lot of people drinking and interacting (think there was a wedding going on during my stay)."
