"The location of this hotel is fantastic, but there are many hotels in the area. We paid extra to enjoy the luxury of this hotel and did not receive the best service. The coffee pods in our room were not replaced nor was the water. One occasion as we passed by our room the housekeeper asked us to unlock it for her as her key didn’t work. I’m unsure how she was going to get in there if we hadn’t passed…. When we pointed out that we had not received exemplary service, we received two coupons for...

"The staff was excellent—very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the room itself felt quite run down. Not all the garbage was emptied, and some surfaces didn’t appear to be fully cleaned. The cabinet around the mini fridge was damaged, and the mattress seemed like it could use replacing. Breakfast is served in the restaurant, but many of the chairs there were peeling and in need of repair. Overall, the service was great, but the property could really benefit from some updates...

"Very near to the David Lawrence Convention center, allow anyone that is going for conferences to get there by foot. Hotel have a bit of a "dark" theme (noticed on room lights and key cards for the room). Besides that bed is very comfortable, and the lobby often have a lot of people drinking and interacting (think there was a wedding going on during my stay)."
