"The villa is large and traditional and set in beautiful countryside with a large modern swimming pool. Arife and Oliver made us very welcome and arranged a private boat trip for us. Just our kind of holiday to relax in beautiful Turkish gardens or sun bathe near the pool.."

"Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits chez Mutlu. L'emplacement est superbe. C est un petit coin de paradis. Le jardin est magnifique et bien entretenu. La piscine est privative, grande et très propre. L'accueil est discret mais excellent. Tout est fait pour qu on s y sente bien. La maison est grande et très propre. Tout le matériel de cuisine est disponible. Bref, le séjour était parfait et reposant. Nous recommandons vivement...."

"Villa had everything you could need. Very clean and modern. Pool area was perfect. We hired a car and used it for shopping and restaurants, although realised it was easier and cheaper to get a taxi to the beach front. Paragliding was an absolute unforgettable experience, especially seeing the villa from the air. "

"This is a lovely Villa it has everything you need. Lovely location 5 min walk to local shops and restaurants 10 min walk to main area Hisaranu, easy 10 min bus ride from top of road from Villa to Oludeniz and Fethiye great service. We stayed October 24 and Mark and Colin could not have been better hosts."

"We have just returned home after a wonderful 2 weeks at this villa. The host Fatiha and his wife were exceptional hosts and we couldn’t fault the villa at all. It was perfect for our large family group of 10adults 4 grandbabies. They have thought of everything. We wouldn’t hesitate to re book. "

Kettle fused first time of use No pillowcases No tea towels or oven gloves - Told to buy our own . Pool motor held open with splintered piece of wood dangerous to walk near. Rusty garden loungers despite told we were the first to stay . After 2 days of our week stay we left as house unsafe , not finished . "
