_Kayakoy Farm House_excellent location big private pool

Beautiful farmhouse set in an idyllic village Kayakoy. Great for walkers as Kayakoy has some fantastic walks being mountain or forest. Approx 200m from the house there is a bus that runs every half an hour which is great if you would like to visit Hisaronu or famous Oludeniz blue lagoon. The house is a ten minute walk from food shops and village restaurants. On arrival there is a meet and greet so no need to worry and help is on hand if needed 24/7.
The farmhouse is of very good size and can accommodate up to six persons. There is an additional fold up bed if needed. The house also offers a good size swimming pool (appx 33 feet length and 16feet wide) with sunbathing areas around the pool which is totally private to you the renter. There is also aircon available to all the bedrooms. This is a fantastic place to really chill/relax and the surrounding views are beautiful.
Kayakoy was once home to the greek community which is steeped in history and the old houses that are no longer lived in offer a fantastic backdrop and view for those of you that like to sit back in the evenings and enjoy real tranquil turkish life. There is a small beach close by which looks out onto Saint Nicholas island reputed to be the birth place of Father Christmas. Water and sky sports are available as well as a well stocked beach restaurant/bar. Kaya is great for those of you that may like to paint or just sit back and read. Kayakoy is fantastic for walks mountain treks and is very historical their are also two remaining greek churches which are a must to see. Great views and much more.
