"Because of the humidity our room felt damp over the days we were staying.
The house keeping staff were great and conscientious of tidying up the room and refreshing the supplies in the bath area including the facial tissues.
Noise was never an issue considering our room faced the street and several receptions occurred during our visit. The atmosphere was both relaxing and therapeutic to the spirit.
So nice that when we checked out, we booked a future stay weeks in advanced.
Looking forward to...
Michael

"The only thing we found very hard was the location of the toilet paper roll we eventually just took it off and set it on the sink. It was very hard to reach it behind us, it would have been better on the wall in front of us.
Everything else was great!"

"Parking is very tight
The room was dirty and there was mold in the shower
No water in the room
Ice makers on every other floor and half were not working
The breakfast was ok until I cracked a “hard boiled “egg and found it was raw
Apparently they labeled raw eggs as hard boiled
The bar tender was pleasant
No grey goose vodka
I ordered the chicken nachos and they were literally cold with cold cheez whiz on them
We will never book at one of these hotels again
Awful experience"
