"I Definitely recommend it"

"So this feels more like a homestay than hotel. But the staff and hosts are very friendly. You get breakfast but for me one day I woke up late and they asked me to join for lunch instead. So that's very nice. I think location wise close to San Antonio area and price is good too. For what I paid I think I got good service and help from everybody so I liked it."

"The room is confortable and clean. The breakfast is poor and with few options. The air conditioning was not working on my first night. I asked for maintenance and when I returned I was informed the maintenance staff didn’t do to fix it. They offered me another room, but with single bed instead of double bed. They offered me a beer and water as courtesy, but I didn’t have 2 confortable nights."

"Estaria tranquila. Funcionários atenciosos."

"Great place to explore the city culture."

"I would like to formally express my disappointment with the condition of my stay and the level of customer service I received. The bathroom towels and bed sheets were visibly dirty upon arrival, which is unacceptable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. In addition, the shower had a persistent leak that made it inconvenient to use and reflected poor maintenance of the room. To make matters worse, when these issues were brought to the attention of the staff, the customer...
