"A hotel in a college area. It is old and has not been upgraded or remodeled in a very long time. I am happy to save $25 per night with outdated decor. The sheets and towels are clean. The floors are vacuumed. The showers have good water pressure and hot water. There is ZERO smell of mustiness in any room—something that would be a deal breaker for me. "Unfortunately, the room we reserved was not handicapped accessible, even though my phone call to the property seemed to indicated that we could navigate to our room. We ended up having to forfeit our kitchenette room. But the proximity to the waterfront was wonderful. We couldn't navigate to the actual beach due to a rocky barrier, but the view from our balcony was wonderful and the sound of the waves was music to our ears.
