"The villa was not well kept. Floor was very dirty, dishes were dirty, both toilet seat needed to be replaced. Multiple windows with blinds broken and curtains completely missing. All furniture should be replaced. Very used and beat up in general. Water park hours were too short and staff said because the owners didn't want to pay them for any more hours... the kids did like the waterpark"

"The hotel itself is clean, family-friendly, and the staff on-site were very kind. My family had a great time, especially the kids.
Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy my stay because I had requested a date change due to an unexpected emergency, but I never received a decision before my trip. I ended up going only because I didn’t want to lose my reservation.
My advice: if flexibility is important to you, book a refundable rate and think twice before booking through a third-party site. It can make...

"The Lodge is a sprawling property that I'm sure used to be top notch but it's showing it's age and then some. The pull out mattress looked and felt original to the hotel. The decor is very outdated. With such massive rooms there are some great opportunities for upgrades. The breakfast was standard breakfast included fare and the omlet station was great. plenty of parking and easy on and off of the highway. We were visiting door county and it was an easy drive to all of the main locations."
