Casas de Férias em Central Square, NY

"Good size house. Communication was good. We were there for Syracuse graduation, it was only a 25 minute ride and the scenery was nice. , Many directions when you get there ( a folder) Shoes off in the house, empty trash, run dishwasher and start laundry upon leaving. There were 2 bedrooms with queen beds fair size, the twin bed room was a sunroom ( all season room) so all windows. Shades missing and most didn't close - pretty room but not for sleeping. Door knob was not on so kept falling off...

"There was hair from the previous tenant on the floor, in the bathroom, behind the toilet, in the kitchen, and there was also garbage from previous tenant in the garbage, I don’t think it was cleaned since the last person. Little disappointing and scary."

"A perfect home away from home!! Sue thought of everything to make our stay relaxing. The apartment was charming… well decorated for relaxing, well stocked kitchen (I loved that there was a real coffee maker and not a Keurig!!), plenty of clean linens and comfy pillows and all the “extras” in case we forgot something. Location was quiet yet close to everything. Check in/out seamless. I would highly recommend this property!! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!"

"Great place Clean and cozy Host great"

"It was a convenient location. Close to both Sylvan Beach and Verona Beach. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. I recommend Flo's Dinner for breakfast. Can't beat the 10-cent coffee. I needed to contact the host once for a question and he picked up immediately. I will be back next year."

"Pictures did not accurately reflect the outside area of the property. The exterior was not clean and there was no grassy area to gather outside with child. The patio table was not cleaned. There was glass and debris in the front and side yard. Interior rooms were family-friendly and worked well for our family, although the floors were not very clean. The game room was good for the teens but the electronics didn’t work."

"This house was so dirty and disgusting. I can't imagine anyone wanting to stay there. We ended up having to pay for a hotel for the night."
