We arrived late in the evening and the host had a bottle of wine waiting for us along with breakfast food available for us to cook in the morning. What a pleasant surprise! The property is exactly as described and the outside bed was amazing for an afternoon nap."

"Myself and my two elementary-aged kids stayed here during the summer and really enjoyed it. It was very convenient to both walk downtown and drive 15 min up cottonwood canyon to hike along the CO Trail. It felt bigger than the pictures and provided plenty of space for us. "This is not a vrbo. No private entry, oven, living room, cooking spices. Bare kitchen tools. Only one chair for the table. Two people can not eat at the table. Bad lighting. Broken safety latch on the door. No "owner". Maybe extended living but not at all what I expect from vrbo."

"We were in a great part of town with tons of stuff to do around us, very quiet area with a bunch of really nice people around. The artwork on the walls was really cool and I could get lost in it for hours. Overall a very enjoyable stay and definitely will be back again!"
