"The room was very nicely done EXCEPT for cleaning the AC filter...it smelled very dusty! In the hallway was great..smelled like new paint and fresh. I did appreciate the GRAB and GO breakfast. My flight was super early. However it should only be individually wrapped items."

"Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is."

"O chuveiro era um conta gotas e ainda molhava o banheiro todo. O ar condicionado pingava no chão do quarto. As pessoas do check-in eram mal humoradas e não atendiam os pedidos. O valet era super caro."
