"This is an amazing property for those who enjoy being outdoors and enjoying nature. The grounds are huge and there are many areas to quietly relax without feeling you are in a crowd. The staff are very attentive and go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need and all your questions are answered. It was excellent value for the price we paid compared with other Norwegian hotels. Definitely I would return here or recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing hotel "
"This was my first time visiting Bergamo, and the hotel was a great choice. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered plenty of options. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Città Alta (via the funicular), the main shopping street, restaurants, and the central train station. "was home for disabled people I think, now a simple but comfortable guesthouse in quiet surroundings on a hill, not very central but buses 700meters away. clean basic rooms with windows to open. No extras, no TV, but good beds. best is the ground floor and terrace, kitchen with all equipment available. Paid under 1000kr for a night. "

"I don't usually make reviews due to lack of time, but this hosting deserves it. I was surprised by such cleanliness of the hotel. It is an old (historic) hotel, but the facilities are absolutely impeccable. At the entrance before going to the rooms, there is a super cozy room, a kind of mini museum. "The hotel misses the main objective: to allow customers to rest! It is not acceptable that in a 5* hotel the air flow system is not controlled in the room! In a 2 nights stay, one was impossible to rest, with the freezing air straight on the nose all night! The other, on a different room, was better yet not good! "After starting on the wrong foot, hotel overbooking and being sent to a lesser quality hotel for my first night at 1,30 am, after a troubled in-coming flight… I returned the following morning, to a double upgrade. Staff and manager were extremely polite and helpful, offered a beautiful suite on the top floor with great view over the Bay. Service was spot on, breakfast of great quality and variety, top floor restaurant with high quality service and excellent food/drinks.
