"Very unique property. Nice room. Downside to being an old mill was sounds echoed. We had very noisy neighbors across the hall. We called the desk to complain and they handled it promptly but something to note."

"One of the nicest places I've ever stayed, honestly and it was a privilege to stay there. It's also run by very nice people who were very kind and a big help to me, too. I'm not likely to forget them. It's a fairly convenient location, has a nice shuttle into Iowa City and medical areas (the driver was super nice too), they have a simply wonderful breakfast and from M-Fri (I think, please check that I'm right), they also offer a delicious dinner too. "Staff most unfriendly"

"Both the kickback meal and breakfast were excellent and saved us money by not having to eat out. The extra perks of unlimited soda and popcorn make the money spent on our room an even better value. Our room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for checking out the area. We would definitely stay here again if in Iowa city area in the future."
