"This was a lovely home situated right on the river with beautiful sunset views. Everything was exactly how host had described. Super clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even got to see a mama and baby dolphin swim through the canal for about 30 minutes on our last day!"

"TV system was terrible….. TV wouldn’t work properly for most of our stay…. The tv in the bedroom area rarely worked and the channels were not the same as the one in the sitting area when it did function properly. Staff admitted there were problems but did not know how to help….. some channels were not available on the tv in the bedroom. TVs were out dated."

"Very clean. All the amenities one might need and having a kitchenette was helpful. I have mobility issues and everyone on the staff was incredibly helpful.
There are a couple tips I would like to leave. For others with mobility issues, the trek to the beach was arduous. I found easy access to the beach on 3rd Street in Emerald Isle which is not far away. There’s parking, a ramp, and a very short walk with no steps.
And for the owners of Beacon, I would suggest leaving instructions for the air...
