"If you are looking for a comfortable old Florida cottage on the water, this is perfect! It’s hard to find this kind of nostalgia. We loved the pine paneling and big back porch. The furniture was very comfortable. We watched nesting osprey and saw spoonbills, pelicans, herons and ibis. It was so peaceful and de-stressing. We will be back! Cathy Smith"

"The property has three rental units that share the grounds on the river. We stayed at the loft - a cute property just right for 2 people! The other rentals are called the Tree House and River House. All were beautiful and unique! The owner was rapid in her response and willing to help in any way. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay when we were in the area!"

"Clean, charming, comfortable, quaint, and quiet. Includes a magnificent view from a beautiful porch- perfect for coffee and mimosas or afternoon cocktails. Convenient access to the water via a private dock. A paradise for birding (including a spectacular osprey nest platform), adorned with fabulous foliage(glorious hibiscus) and plenty of fish. Owners were abundantly accomdating, prompt, and thorough with their communication. Plenty of cathartic vintage Florida vibes. A perfect little weekend...

"We enjoyed the Pink Pearl South. The view was amazing with the beautiful sunset. We were able to take our kayaks right across the street to launch. We do like to cook so we are booking the Pink Pearl North next time since it has a full kitchen."

"Very nice house, comfortable and a great location the view is terrific. Only issue is there were ants in the bathroom around the walk-in shower. Other than that, I'd stay there again and again. It also was not the first time we have stayed there. I would highly recommend this location for a nice stay in the lovely quiet town or Cedar Key."
