"We enjoyed our 3-day stay! The apartment was very clean and the spaces were comfortable and well designed. Helen was great at communicating, and she quickly responded to questions. My teenage daughter and I stayed here while attending the Shakespeare Festival, and it was about a 15 minute walk at a comfortable pace, factoring in traffic lights. The neighborhood felt safe, even walking back at 11pm."

"We have been coming to Cedar City for 30 years and have stayed in a lot of rentals. This place is clean and the owners have tried hard to make and keep it nice. This is an excellent location close to city center and only 2-3 minutes from the Shakespeare Festival. The neighborhood is a little older but quiet and convenient. The only criticism is that the AC unit is noisy and does not have a thermostat. Otherwise it is one of our favorites. "

"This is a studio unit that's been upgraded. Bathroom is very nice with an upgraded shower. Hot water is great. Kitchen is a studio unit that could use a tea pot and a pan with a lid. The murphy bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay."
