Cabin #1: The Fir Cabin by Trekadoo Family Vacations is minutes from the Ski Lodge, restaurants, snowmobile rental & trails, ATV and mountain biking rental and trails. Brian Head Lake. Easy access to Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon. Panguitch Lake and Duck Creek VillageCedar City and the Utah Shakespearean Festival. See more in Notes!




Beautiful forested area close to ski slopes. 4 Wheel Drive or chains are required in snowy weather, usually Nov. - April.

30 minute drive to Cedar City.

You will have full access to the home and an acre of forest. Shared access to the playground with our Spruce cabin guests.

Fir Street Cabin is huge with 4307 sq. feet of living space. In addition there is 1292 sq. feet of covered outdoor living area on beautiful new redwood decks and balconies. Sleeps up to 18 in beds; 25 allowed if the additional are small children with parents.

Huge 3 car garage, multiple parking in the front. Free ski shuttle comes right to the home on request.

Close to Zion National Park.
Close to Bryce Canyon National Park.
Close to Cedar Breaks National Monument.
Close to the Utah Shakespearean Festival.

Perfect snowy getaway

We had an unforgettable stay at this cozy cabin in Brian Head. The location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, and the spacious layout comfortably accommodated our group of 12. The pool table, barbecue grill, and rustic charm made our trip truly special. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended!

Wonderful getaway

The cabin was perfect for our large family gathering. The older kids loved the playground and playing in the woods. The porch was wonderful for enjoying the quiet and beautiful surroundings. Close to several fun hikes and allowed the feel of camping with all the convenience of a cabin.

Beautiful Mountain Cabin

The space was great and the time spent was memorable. Be sure to bring a vehicle that can handle the snow in case you get there before the snow removal crew. It is a gorgeous space and the little grocery store is close if you forget anything. Definitely worth the drive. Bring plenty of people and you will have a blast.

Perfect way to start the Christmas season

Right off the bat we were pleasantly surprised that this home was larger than we expected from the pictures. The hallway with 4 bedrooms and Jack and Jill bathroomā€™s between was perfect for each of our adult childrenā€™s families. The family room had plenty of room for all 17 of us to gather together. The kitchen is stocked well with dishes and cooking supplies. There were plenty of blankets, towels and toiletries for our 5 day stay. Having a garage to park a vehicle was a nice touch in the snow and the driveway had just enough of a slope to enjoy sliding down with the little grandkids. On and off during our stay we had a deer on the lower porch. She was very friendly and enjoyed watching our event through the windows. We would love to rent this place again.

Great family retreat

Renting this property was perfect for us! The rental process was simple, clear, and quick. We used the property as home base for day trips and it was a comfortable delight to return ā€œhomeā€ to each day. It was clean, comfortable, roomy, and had everything we needed. Access was easy and directions were clear as to entry, and exit with clear, reasonable conditions. Everyone in our party was happy and complimentary about our choice to stay at this property. We would be happy to return.

Great place in the mountains

This place really met our needs for an adult family gathering. My only ā€œheads-upā€ is to fragrance sensitive individuals. Bed linens were not washed with scent-free laundry detergent and softener and this did cause a problem for some members of the family.

Great Family Place.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at this cabin home. It was homey and comfortable, although some of the furniture needs an upgrade. Thanks so much for sharing your home! We would definitely stay again sometime. Unfortunately we left one of our own quilts in the chest by the kids room area.

Lots of fun

This cabin is spacious and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is big enough for all the adults to gather and talk and watch the knights game. When the owner found out the snow was pouring she did not rush us to checkout which was appreciated. We still left on a timely manner but not feeling rush was awesome.

Amazing

This was the first time in 16 years that my family and all my siblings families have been under the same roof celebrating the Holiday's. This Place exceeded our expectations, we were able to have extra space due to the fun layout of this cabin. The kitchen was big enough to cook Thanksgiving for all 20 people and not feel like you're on top of one another. So much fun and there was so much do at the Cabin and just up the road was the resort that had some runs open and ice skating. The local restaurants were really good as well. I recommend the Pizza place (Amazing!)

Great place for multiple families or couples

Ten adults celebrated our fathers 95th birthday. There were four couples, a brother and our father. We each had our own room which was really nice. We had a great time. Would reccommend this property to others.

We had so much fun staying at the Fir Cabin. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

The cabin is a great location. We enjoyed our time there. It rained every day, but the rain was welcome and the cabin is well set up for rainy days. We had fun and made many memories.

More than we expected..

The cabin was perfect.. We met out whole family there, 18 total. Plenty of room for all. Perfect location, short drive to Brian Head resort. It was VERY clean and well kept. After a day on the slopes Instead of teens on their phones or video games they were playing pool, or sledding on the roads. What a great family vacation. I think it would also be a perfect cabin in summer...mountain biking, trail running and close to canyon lands. Kathryn was a great host. Everything was made very easy for our stay. Yes, we will do this again.

Tom &Colettes Cabin Family Reunion
