"well stocked with kitchen utensils, linen, and towels could have used a more thorough cleaning before arrival: moldy coffee filter; food scraps on counter behind microwave; dirty under couch and beds Television service terrible; technician came for tv service but left with dish tv connection to only 1 tv--no ESPN on dish subscription able to watch bowl games using playstation brought by us; internet not capable of handling electronics of 7 adults and 5 teenagers"

"Wonderful property large rooms, plentiful beds, and chef's kitchen. Even has a heated driveway! Our first time here, we have done brianhead every year. It's indeed better than the rest, I'm sure the you will be pleased."

"We had eight people (including 4 kids) staying at the cabin comfortably. Well located to both Navajo and Giant Steps. Although we were not able to use the ski in/out (due to too much snow!) we were only a couple minutes drive to either lifts. The property was well-provisioned and the owner/pm was easy to communicate with. Beautiful views from the deck and hot tub!"

"Connie and Kirt's house was wonderful to stay in. The location at the end of the road made it feel secluded with almost no neighbors, but is within 2 or 3 minutes of the ski resort. The house is beautiful and very well stocked. From the kitchen, to the bathroom's, to the game room, you only need to bring food and clothes everything else is supplied. "The property is dirty and run down. The pictures are not accurate to reality. Dust on the windows could be measured with a ruler. Cob webs hang everywhere like Dracula’s Castle! Flies and moths everywhere. My 15 year old son was going to sleep in the loft but was creeped out when he crawled in bed to find a dead bee under his pillow. The deck is run down with no chairs to sit on just a rusted out grill. Beer cans are positioned on the trees outback to be shot at! There is also a mildew smell...

"We had a great vacation and love our time spent in Brian Head. The cabin is nice. It is not very well stocked with any extra amenities. If traveling there, make sure to take extra towels, washcloths, and all kitchen needs such as tin foil, spices, garbage bags, baggies and cooking items you may need. It is drafty and could be cold because of the high ceilings. You will want blankets and slippers to wear throughout the house. The cleanliness of the cabin, was okay. The owners have a fantastic and comprehensive guidebook for the house and your stay that basically answers any questions you’d have.
