"The Seda was great for our 2 week stay. All of the staff was amazing and offered superb service especially (apologies as some names may be mispelled) Dinolito, Chryscelle, Jayvee, Razel, and Kingswell who made our stay extra memorable with their amazing service, kindness and professionalism. "Staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay pleasurable, going out of their way to be helpful. The amenities are clean and well maintained, the buffet lunch world class. "The Diane residences is a nice quiet stay. The staff is very accommodating and there is a wonderful little restaurant right next-door as well as a tennis center down the block. It is a ways from major shopping areas, but that can either be a positive or negative depending on whether you want quiet and peace or you want the loud city commotion. "Prince gave me a room that is quiet upon my request. The room is very clean and has everything I need. Definitely I’ll be back to this place. A plus for vegan and plant based lifestyles is a restaurant called Vegan Cebu. It is just a couple of minutes of walk away! This restaurant serves delicious vegan meals and desserts. "

"We had an enjoyable stay & even extended for another day. Service was good except for the front desk being late that morning we were extending our stay. Securing guard seems to run the place & really well too. The big disappointment were the appliances in the unit that were not operational - the stove, the microwave & the washer/dryer.
