"Firstly, Darryl, the property manager, does an exceptional job. He didn't just meet us and hand us a key. He personally gave us a tour of all the facilities and included a free Rum Punch at the wonderful TIKI bar on the premises while he gave us tips about the area. He also arranged taxis and a snorkeling trip. He was always available to handle anything we needed. He is the best property manager we've ever had. "Check in was bad directions wrong no lockbox got to store below to get key says we would have a parking space click on it just brings you to blank google maps air conditioners were off about 95 inside upon arrival one bedroom ac was decent second was so-so show a picture of front of building Not top of gazebo on 4th floor really so many simple things to do to make it easier. The gated entrance?? Simply stick hand in gate and unlock from inside no need for a key no paper towels! No TP on TP...

"The ad does not seem to mention that Casa Reina is a 3 story walk up. Also, there seems to be no mention that the rooftop pool is private to certain rooms. There are very few plugs to charge phones, watches, earbuds, and some are loose and dangerous. It is very quiet which was great for sleeping. Staff very helpful. "

"The place is great. Very clean, almost everything inside seemed brand new. You are right on the Main street of San Pedro, yet quiet inside. The town is a bit busy and dirty, so the place being at the very northern most point makes it fast and simple to go up to the nicer beaches/restaurants and to secret beach. It is located right above a hardware store in which the owner of the property owns as well. I felt like he was always available to help out and answer any questions."
