"We loved our stay at the dock house. Isis made the very best meals. Henry and Isis were very attentive to our needs and didn’t stay distant but we became friends! We felt very safe. The sea had sargassum - thanks for your honesty in the dock house info about possibly having sargassum- so it was great to have the pool. Henry even got a private snorkeling guide out to the dock to pick us up and we never had to drive some where to a tour guide. Wow!! Thank you, Max, for being easy to contract and...

"First impression of the apartment was welcoming and extremely clean. The kitchen was equipped for all of our cooking needs. The room was large, bed was comfortable and the shower was perfect especially the rain shower head. We particularly enjoyed our time in the pool and was excellent for doing laps."

"Everything as advertised and then some. What a great place and wonderful stay! Diana (the host) and Crystal (housekeeping) made me part of their little family complete with assorted pets and animals (resident dogs, chickens and iguanas). "I thought it was walking distance from downtown San Pedro and you COULD walk it but wouldnt want to especially at night. If you stay here get a golf cart and really pay attention on how you got there. Directions on google maps at night are noy very good. It was really cheap....get what u pay for!"

"The grounds were very well maintained on a daily basis. Landscaping is wonderful, large trees to provide shade, house iguanas, and give a Belize jungle vibe.
We met a lot of fun people while sharing the kitchen area.
Our host cared for our needs, ranging from our golf cart rental to restaurant suggestions. She invited us to share a meal and visit.
The room was cleaned regularly. Our shower was outside under a tree. Which was pretty cool."
