"This is our second stay in a property managed by Cherry. Both times our experience has be excellent. The properties are located in a more rundown section of town, which is the only downside. They are close to grocery stores and restuartants. The property was clean, cute and secure. You won't regret staying here."

"We used the cabin as a launching pad to explore the Redwoods, and its proximity to Stout Grove was wonderful. We filled all 6 available sleeping places as a family. Space was tight but there were many comforts that made the space enjoyable: homemade cookies upon arrival, lots of blankets and extra pillows, and wonderful smelling hand soap in the bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and Bridget had bottled water in a jug in the fridge, too. A few more mats at the front and back door entrances...

"The location of the property is perfect. It was very clean and had all the amenities. The entry way and side yard are great spaces to hang out side. Only issue I had is there was only exactly 3 towels for the number of guests and the shampoo was a bodywash/shampoo. It would be nice if there was an extra towel for a guest to use for wet hair and maybe a bottle of conditioner as when I travel I don’t normally pack bottles of shampoo/conditioner as this is the first rental that did not supply such...

"We've stayed at dozens Vrbo's rentals all over the USA, and this by far is our favorite. The host Mr. Dean was very responsive and easy to communicate with. What a beautiful deck over looking the river with the outdoor fireplace (plenty of firewood provided). "Great place, a cosy beautifully decorated old house with (unheated) enclosed porches where there is an added bedroom, half bath, service porch with washer & dryer, laundry sink where dishes are washed and the refrigerator."

"Place is well organized and had all the essentials, but definitely was not as well kept as I expect it would be during peak season. The hammocks in back were covered in mold, the yard was filled with leaves from the Fall, one of our towels had a bloody booger wiped on it either from previous stays or was missed during the clean, and our sheets had some stains on them.
