"Property was clean and will appointed check in was easy and a good location for exploring the city with out a car. Location was different as it was on what appeared to be an ally but was a named street not actually on King. All in all very nice."

"The room was fabulous! My only complaint would be the parking situation. My car was 1 inch too big to park at the hotel carousel, so we had to park at a nearby parking garage. That ended up being very expensive!! And I was afraid to walk back to the hotel from the parking garage by myself in the dark. "

"The doorman service was exceptional. The room had lovely amenities along with enough water bottles and coffee pods added every night without asking for it."

"Very well appointed rooms. Relaxed atmosphere and amazing rooftop. Had a great car service to take us to dinner as well. Wonderful wonderful stay. Gym is average but didn’t go to stay there for a workout :)"

"The cleaning service was not good. They failed to clean the bathroom, and we reported to the front desk , the cleaning lady came back but still didn’t clean the bathroom. The night shift staff wasn’t professional but overall I like the property."

"Upon arriving at the property we were quickly greeted by the bell hop who doubled as the valet. He was very polite & accommodating as my wife is currently in a wheelchair and he made sure she was able to safely enter the hotel. The front desk was extremely courteous, as well. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. They were all very well dressed and busy attending to the inner workings of the hotel, but would stop whatever they were doing to attend to the needs of the guests. The...
