Golf courses and a variety of amenities can be found in Castle Douglas (12.5 miles) and Dumfries (18 miles), while exceptional mountain biking awaits at Dalbeattie’s 7Stanes trails (16 miles).

A true home-from-home, this two-storey holiday property has been beautifully decorated in soft, neutral tones, complemented by warm, cosy lighting throughout. Upon arrival, step first into the ground-floor utility room, complete with laundry facilities - ideal for freshening up after a day exploring the hills. There is also a convenient cloakroom with a WC. A small step leads up into the kitchen, the lively heart of the home. This spacious dine-in kitchen features a large dining table beside a wonderful picture window, ample worktop space for preparing meals, and all the appliances you could need. From here, a small hallway leads into the lounge - a wonderfully relaxing space designed with comfort in mind. Plush sofas and armchairs are arranged around a warming wood burner and TV/DVD, creating the perfect place to unwind. The first of four bedrooms, a twin room, is also located on the ground floor.
