"Wir haben das Haus vor Ort exakt wie auf den Bildern gezeigt angetroffen - es ist sehr liebevoll restauriert und aufwendig ausgebaut. Uns hat insbesondere der wunderschöne Pool und die tolle Außenküche gefallen - die Pizza aus dem Holzofen war sensationell! Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und jederzeit per WhattsApp für Fragen für uns erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt."

"Wir hatten von Anfang bis Ende einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Poesie Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Es fehlt an gar nichts. Der Pool ist herrlich angelegt und auch hier nichts zu beanstanden. Absolut sauber!! Die Gastgeber/in ist sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Wir hätten uns jederzeit melden können. "My wife & I stayed at Pian Di Luca for 4 nights but wish it could have been longer. We were on a longer trip so needed somewhere quiet & comfortable to relax & rejuvenate. Pian Di Luca was perfect for our needs. what we wanted. The cottage was clean, comfortable & had everything we needed. The outdoor space and in particular the pool with a view was spectacular. We would definitely return next time we are in the area."

"Einfache, kleine Wohnung ruhig oben auf dem Berg gelegen. Für uns war es genau richtig. Recht zentrale Ausgangslage für viele Ausflüge zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stränden. Preislich angemessen. Die Ansprüche sollten nicht zu hoch sein. Es ist aber alles da, von WLAN bis Waschmaschine. Man sollte mobil sein und Kurven mögen, denn die Straßen sind etwas eng. Der Vermieter versorgte uns mit vielen Infos von Zufahrt bis Sehenswürdigkeiten."

Der Weg ist wirklich Abenteuerlich ohne Allradantrieb ist es schwer dahin zu kommen! Sehr schade, dass das wlan nicht richtig bzw. Nicht wirklich funktioniert hat! "Fabulous place to stay for a peaceful time in beautiful Tuscany. The pool area was amazing and the views stunning. The eating area was lovely also with fabulous views. The properties were well equipped and the tortoises and donkeys were a hit. Barga is just down the road and is delightful with lots of bars and restaurants. "Haus und Anlage wirklich sehr schön. Vermieter wohnt allerdings direkt gegenüber. Das Schlafzimmer ist auf beiden Seiten um 10 cm größer wie das Bett! Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ansonsten fällt vor allem die super Ausstattung sowohl in der Küche als auch für das ganze Haus auf. Es ist wirklich alles da (und mehr) was man so braucht."

"Zuerst, Herr Biondi ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön mit Blick auf einige Dörfer. Das Rustico hat großen authentischen Charme früherer Zeiten. Was man vielleicht eindeutiger erklären muss. Die Anfahrtsstraße von Pescia ist abenteuerlich schlecht. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil und rutschig. Zweiradfahrer sollten sich gut überlegen dort hinunter zu fahren. Es gibt ca. 200 Meter oberhalb des Hauses eine Parkmöglichkeit. Das Haus ist sehr sparsam...
