The 48 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, and a safe. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. The sauna is available to guests only in winter (December to March) for an extra fee.

This is the ideal base for hikes in the area. The Seiser Alm cable car is just a 10-minute walk (650 m) away, taking you up to Europe’s largest alpine pasture in summer. The surroundings offer many sports options: Nordic walking, golf, horse riding, cycling, or tennis. In winter, the Seiser Alm ski area (20 minutes by car/12 km) attracts skiers, snowboarders, cross-country skiers, and tobogganers. You can also try ice skating or curling at Lake Fiè (5.4 km away). The village center of Siusi allo Sciliar, with several restaurants, is 4 minutes on foot. A supermarket is a 6-minute walk (400 m) from the property.
