Characterized by a modern stile, but with local materials, this flat result particularly comfortable for a holiday in the mountains. The wooden floors, the anti-allergic beddings and the fact that pets are not allowed make this apartment particularly suited for people with allergies.



This bright apartment comes with one bedroom with double or twin beds, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette and two modern bathrooms, both with shower. A flat screen satellite TV is available in both rooms. The modern kitchenette comes with dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking plates, cutlery, dishes and much more.



You will be pleased to know that a basic ration of capsules for your breakfast coffee will be provided for free. The two furnished balconies, looking in two opposite directions, will allow you to take advantage of the sun hours, basing on the daytime at its best.



Wi-Fi connection, linen, towels and bathroom amenities are of course available for free.

This property is adults only, therefore children under 14 are not allowed.

The house is located in a zone of Ortisei in Val Gardena, few steps from the public bus and skibus stop away, which leads you free of charge, in only 5 minutes to the town center (of Ortisei, but also of Santa Cristina and Selva Val Gardena) and to the cableways of the Dolomiti Superski ski resort - Sella Ronda. You can also take a cozy 20-minute walk to the town center, through the hiking and biking path, which starts few steps from the house away.



Also, the hiking paths of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage called Dolomites, do start directly in front of the house, in direction of the Alpe di Siusi / Seiser Alm. For the joy of your children, you will find a public child playground only 50 meters from your flat. Restaurants, bars, horse riding, tennis court, ATM are all in walking distance.



The modern style with local materials, give the apartment a particularly charming touch, which combined with the care for the detail, will make your holidays in the Dolomite mountains unforgettable.



You will not miss any essential comfort, as the Apartments Leni has all what you could wish: private parking, ski storage with ski boot heater, free wi-fi, a large sun garden with lays and much more. You will be able to enjoy your vacation at its top because the flats of House Leni are all equipped with balcony and dishwasher. A garage parking in the surroundings can be booked for additional cost.



Also note that these apartments are particularly suited for people with allergies, because they do all come with a wooden floor, and special anti-allergic beddings, beside the fact that pets are not allowed.



As a special for House Leni’s guests, you will be able to access the public swimming pools “Mar Dolomti” in Ortisei for free all the week, and their sauna twice a week.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access)

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
