You will find one complete bathroom with shower.



The kitchenette is fully equipped and boasts a dishwasher, an oven, a cooking plate, a fridge with freezer, a coffee machine, cutlery, kitchen utensils, dishes and much more.



The furnished balcony will give you the opportunity to admire the magic view of the local mountains.



Linen, towels and linen are available for free.

- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure

This property is set in a sunny and panoramic location, 15 minutes walking, or few bus stops from the town center of Siusi and from the cableway to the Alpe di Siusi away, which leads you to the Dolomiti Superski ski resort and to the natural UNESCO world heritage, the Dolomites. The bus stop is only few meters away.



The hiking paths start directly in front of the house so you will have the possibility to discover the best routes for excursions in the Alpe di Siusi and Sciliar area, by foot or by mountain bike.



You will have the chance to enjoy the southwards looking location at its best, while admiring the stunning view on the Sciliar mountain from the comfortable panoramic terrace or in the cozy garden.



Also you children will have fun in the small kids playground, accessible to the guests of the apartments only.



You will not miss any comfort, this house comes with a private parking, a ski deposit with ski boot heater and Wi-Fi in all apartments.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access)

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
